We are an impact oriented job platform targeting educated female talent in the Middle East and South Asia.
About a year ago, we across some statistics that were deeply startling, specifically that 75% of females in the Middle East and South Asia were not participating in the labor force, yet more women than men were graduating from universities in many of these countries (often with higher marks). It seemed the primary challenges for women were around mobility, inflexible work environments and cultural obstacles. But then we realized that a very large proportion of these university educated women were already online and english speaking. So what if we designed flexible remote work experiences for them, wouldn't we be able to tap into the best of the best, affordably due to their locations?
We offer outsourced data services, specifically in data collection, data analysis, data annotation and data sciences. Our differentiation from the other platforms lies in our (1) higher end talent, (2) team based approach, and (3) managed quality control. We recruit top tier female talent from the Middle East in South Asia and perform outsourced digital work for US companies.
