Ayla Smith leads the Stand Together Ventures Lab collaboration with MIT Solve, which is running an accelerator program focused on re-imagining policing and public safety. Ayla joins Stand Together Ventures Lab after serving as a management consultant for Deloitte and Optum, and as a business strategist for Cerner Corporation. She brings experience in business strategy, project management, and IT. Ayla holds a master’s degree from both the University of Michigan and the University of Virginia.
