Charlotte is the founder and CEO of Parenthood Ventures, an ecosystem for early stage startups building the Future of Parenthood - i.e., startups serving parents: from overcoming challenges in reproductive health, to navigating the teen years.

Childcare is one of the core subsectors supported by Parenthood Ventures, with concepts spanning from daycares, to work-play spaces, search engines to find care, platforms to hire daycare staff, or for families to access financing.

As part of her work, Charlotte engages with investors (both angels and VCs), and other stakeholders across the US innovation landscape, including accelerators and entities like NYCEDC Childcare Innovation Lab.

Prior to building Parenthood Ventures Charlotte's work has included scaling venture-backed startups, in addition to leading complex transformation programs, performing consumer research and venture ideation at the Boston Consulting Group. Charlotte is a graduate of Oxford University and Harvard Business School.
