Faith is the Program Director of the Education Equity (EE) Program at the BHP Foundation where she oversees the implementation of the global EE Strategy. Faith has over 15 years of experience in international development including more than a decade in global education. For the last six years Faith worked at the Education Partnerships Group (EPG), where she was a founding team member and the Chief Strategy Officer. EPG is a non-profit international consultancy that partners with Ministries of Education in low- and middle-income countries to strengthen their education systems including through policy reform. As a result, Faith brings extensive experience working in countries and partnering with governments who are facing real-world education development challenges. Prior to EPG, she worked for the Children's Investment Fund Foundation on school health programs and supported the development of the first ever Development Impact Bond (DIB) for education which pioneered the use of innovative outcomes based approaches to drive education outcomes. Faith holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from the London School of Economics and a bachelors' in political science from Queen's University in Canada.
