Godwin Benson, is the founder of Tuteria, Nigeria's foremost peer-to-peer learning platform that connects learners with competent teachers to learn any formal or informal skill or subject across the country, which empowers thousands of teachers to earn extra income. He is the first Nigerian to win the prestigious Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation by the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK in 2017, and was a top 10 winner of the Innovation Prize for Africa in 2016. Godwin also won Facebook’s Internet.org Africa Innovation Challenge for his impact in Education, as well as the Pitch@Palace Africa Competition 2017 by the Duke of York for his impact in education. He is 28, a First Class graduate of Systems Engineering from the University of Lagos, Akoka and has been featured on BBC, Forbes, Aljazeera, CCTV etc. He's passionate about education and about using technology to help people achieve their life goals, especially in Africa.
