Inez von Weitershausen
Research associate, MIT Taskforce on the Work of the Future / Good Companies Good Jobs Initiative
Working with MIT's taskforce on the Work of the Future and the Good Companies Good Jobs Initiative at the Sloan School of Management, Dr von Weitershausen has focused on cross-national differences and best practices in the organization and implementation of systems for training, education, and reskilling.
Her work has been featured in MIT's edX course "Shaping Work of the Future" and by the Good Companies Good Jobs Initiative at the Institute for Work and Employment Research the Sloan School of Management.
She is also interested in how organizations learn about and adapt to new insights into people management and leadership and the role that new technologies can play in this regard.
Von Weitershausen holds a PhD in IR from the London School of Economics, a Master of Law & Business (MLB) from Bucerius Law School and WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, and an MA in Politics from the University of Bonn.
