Jennifer Stybel leads the Caregiving strategy at Pivotal Ventures, an investment and incubation company created by Melinda French Gates to advance social progress in the U.S. Her caregiving work includes growing the innovation pipeline, kickstarting market investment, and incubating and modernizing public policy.
Jennifer is an entrepreneurial leader at the intersection of innovation and philanthropy. She served as Executive Director of Rent the Runway Foundation and Project Entrepreneur focused on leveling the playing field for female founders, and has held leadership roles in tech and mission-driven organizations including FreeWill, Shutterstock, EMI Music, The Paley Center for Media, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. She advises early stage founders and investors. Jennifer holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
