Megan is a Manager at Blue Haven Initiative (BHI), an innovative family office dedicated to putting wealth to work for competitive returns. She manages BHI’s philanthropic and catalytic investment portfolios through a donor advised fund. Her team partners with organizations advancing the global impact investing ecosystem, developing human capital innovations, and tackling market failures related to climate change.

In 2018, Megan's team launched an inaugural human capital portfolio to fund social enterprises developing innovations that equip jobseekers with future-oriented, income generating skills through blended learning platforms, skilling and upskilling models, and senior leadership courses and communities. Megan’s team is also building a Leadership program for rising Chief Human Resource Officers across Africa in partnership with Kenya’s HR Taskforce.

Prior to Blue Haven, Megan was on Omidyar Network’s Impact Investing team, served as a Princeton in Asia Fellow in Myanmar, and in Deloitte’s Financial Risk practice. She earned a BA in Finance from Georgetown University and sits on the Advisory Board of Village Capital’s Ecosystem Builders program, the Executive Committee of the Tipping Point Fund, and is a former member of PYWMYMIC’s Field Building Centre Board.
