Quanic Fullard

Senior Associate, The Annie E. Casey Foundation

Quanic Fullard is a senior associate in the Center for Economic Opportunity at the Annie E. Casey Foundation. She co-leads the two generation strategies portfolio, which focuses on developing pathways for parents to become financially stable and support their children’s healthy development and academic success. Prior to joining Casey, Quanic worked at Capital Impact Partners where she led impact measurement efforts and provided strategic guidance in investments related to education and place-based revitalization. As a Peace Corps volunteer in Costa Rica, she worked with a rural community on women’s health, ecotourism and education. Quanic has a bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a MPP from the University of Chicago.
